We’ve been using Ian exclusively for the past 4 years, and I can honestly say we won’t go to anyone else. After being severely disappointed (and straight-up ripped off) by so many others in the plumbing industry, we were starting to lose hope that we’d ever find someone reliable. Then we found Ian. He is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates clearly, responds quickly, and shows up when he says he will. Something we learned not to take for granted. Whenever we’ve had a plumbing emergency, Ian has gone above and beyond to help us out. His integrity and follow-through are a breath of fresh air. Unlike so many others we’ve worked with, Ian and his team actually DO what they say they're going to do. They do the job right and treat you like a human being, not just another invoice. We’ve referred him to friends, neighbors and basically anyone who mentions plumbing issues. On top of all that, Ian brings family values, high integrity, and real professionalism to his work.
