This job in Ringgold, GA was a big one. The homeowner needed a full plumbing overhaul - and that's exactly what we delivered. We pulled out the old exposed copper pipe and swapped it for PEX throughout, which is more flexible, corrosion-resistant, and just a smarter long-term choice for residential plumbing. That box of old copper we hauled out tells the whole story of what the system was working with before we got there.

We also installed a brand new AO Smith natural gas water heater. The old unit was well past its prime - you could see that just from pulling it out. The new unit is in, properly fitted, and running efficiently. We also installed an expansion tank, which is something a lot of plumbers skip but really shouldn't. It protects the system from pressure buildup and extends the life of the new heater.

Beyond the water heater, this job had a lot of moving parts. We added a frost-free hose bib with its own shut-off, relocated a drain line for a utility sink, and ran an ice maker line to the refrigerator. The washing machine box got hammer arrestors too - those stop the banging noise you hear when the washer shuts off and protect your pipes from pressure surges over time. Nothing was overlooked.

Every part of this job was handled with the same level of care - whether it was a simple valve or a full pipe replacement. That's how we approach residential plumbing. The details matter, and cutting corners on any one of these items can cause problems down the road. Getting it done right the first time is always the better call.
