We’ve been using Ian exclusively for the past 4 years, and I can honestly say we won’t go to anyone else. After being severely disappointed (and straight-up ripped off) by so many others in the plumbing industry, we were starting to lose hope that we’d ever find someone reliable. Then we found Ian. He is incredibly knowledgeable and communicates clearly, responds quickly, and shows up when he says he will. Something we learned not to take for granted. Quick response and great service! We had a major plumbing issue with our pipes becoming unaligned due to a massive clog. Chris responded quickly to the issue and worked until the job was 100% complete! Even returning the next day to wrap-up the project as well as follow-up and make sure nothing shifted overnight! Will always use Piper’s Plumbing!
