Some additions to a team just make sense. Ian is one of those. He has been part of the Piper's Plumbing story long before his name was ever on a roster - helping train our owner, offering support through the licensing process, and playing a genuine role in shaping what this company is today. That kind of history means something.

Bringing someone like Ian on officially is not just about adding another set of hands. It is about adding someone who already knows our standards, shares our values, and cares about doing the work right. Whether we are knee-deep in a sewer line repair, getting a new water heater dialed in, or tucked under a kitchen sink working on a filtration system - the person next to you matters. Ian has proven he is that person.

The work we do requires trust - from our customers and from each other. Drain and sewer repairs, water heater installs, water filtration setups - none of it gets done well without a crew that communicates, problem-solves, and holds each other accountable.
